I received theme park as a gift. How do I use them?
A:
You can use your theme park tickets by adding them to your MyDisney account via the Disneyland app. Here's how:
- Launch the Disneyland app and select "My Tickets & Passes."
- Add your tickets by scanning the ticket barcode with the camera on your mobile device or by manually entering the ticket number.
- Once you are ready to visit the theme parks, visit "My Tickets & Passes" again to pull up the barcode for entry.
Your ticket information can be found on the gift receipt sent your email address. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to access your tickets after receipt.
Disney is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, any loss or inconvenience caused by computer error or unauthorized duplication of Disney tickets. If duplicate Disney tickets are presented for admission, Disney may refuse entry. Tickets do not guarantee theme park admission and are subject to capacity constraints and other closures. Other restrictions apply.
